  • DUAL CONNECTIVITY: The Brand NEW agent AW50 and 60 Series include a dual-connectivity base which allows you to take calls directly from a desk phone or your computer softphone with a simple switch of a button. Compatible with all Major Phone Brands and UC Call Platforms.
  • INDUSTRY LEADING 500FT RANGE: Utilizing the latest 6.0 DECT technology the AW Range allows for greater integration into the work environment. Our extended wireless range allow users to use the headset with no interruptions up to a range of 500 feet (15 x further than Bluetooth Wireless)
  • NOISE CANCELING AND HD SOUND: Our Agent AW range include an ultra-noise canceling microphone to block out any unwanted background noise while speaking to your customers. The High Definition Wideband Speakers allow the user to hear callers with crystal clear clarity. The Speakers also include Acoustic Shock protection to protect hearing from exposure to loud, sustained, and piercing tones.
  • ALL DAY COMFORT WITH 9 HOUR TALK TIME: The Agent Range include a Ultra-Flex adjustable headband, a durable and flexible headband that can be molded to fit your needs. The Breathable Leather Ear Cushions allow for all day wearing without any discomfort. The AW range include a 9 hour continuous talk time when fully charged giving the user the ability to use the headset all day with no interruptions.
  • COMPATIBILITY AND REMOTE ANSWER OPTION: The AW range of headsets will connect and work with ALL Desk Phones that include a headset port. All major phone brands are compatible including Polycom, Poly, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Shoretel, Yealink, Grandstream, ESI, Digium, Nortel, Toshiba + Many More. Will also connect to Computer and work with all UC Voice Platforms. If you want to answer and end calls remotely from the headset you can purchase an additional EHS Adapter (this feature only compatible with certain desk phones – check listing images for more information)
